Privacy Policy
What we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do about it.
Last updated 20 August 2026.
Who we are
Aigentic Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
- Company number 16722340
- Registered address: 3 Gladstone Street, Skipton, England, BD23 1PT
- Email: hello@aigentic-ai.co.uk
If you have a question about anything on this page, or you want to exercise one of the rights below, email that address and put "privacy" in the subject line.
What we collect and why
| What | Why | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Contact form: your name, email address, business name if you give one, and your message | To read your enquiry and reply to it | Legitimate interests: responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch |
| Email and calls: correspondence, and notes we make about what you need | To quote for work and to deliver it | Legitimate interests, or performance of a contract once you are a client |
We do not ask for special category data, we do not buy personal data about you from anyone else in order to run this website, and we do not make automated decisions that produce a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. Nothing here needs one in order to work, and we removed our analytics tags on 20 August 2026 rather than ask you to agree to them. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
We do load fonts from Google Fonts so the site renders as intended. That request tells Google your IP address and browser, as any request for a file does, but it sets no cookie and we receive nothing back from it.
If we ever add analytics, we will ask you first and this page will say so before it happens.
Who else sees it
We keep the list of suppliers short on purpose. These are the ones that handle personal data from this website.
| Supplier | What they do | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Formspree | Receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email | United States |
| Google Workspace | Our business email, so anything you send us is stored there | United States and the EU |
| Our web host | Serves this website and keeps standard server logs | United Kingdom |
| Our own automation and CRM systems | Store your enquiry so we can follow it up. Run on servers we control. | United Kingdom and the EU |
Where a supplier is outside the UK, the transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become work: two years from our last contact, then deleted.
- Client records: seven years after the end of the engagement, because HMRC requires business records to be kept for six.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it, where we have no good reason to keep it
- restrict what we do with it while a question about it is settled
- send it to you, or to someone else, in a portable format
- stop processing it where we rely on legitimate interests, including stopping marketing to you, which we will always do on request
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. That does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Email hello@aigentic-ai.co.uk and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
Complaints
If you think we have got something wrong, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or who handles it, we will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no archive of previous versions, so if the detail matters to you, keep a copy.
