How I approach the work.
Most businesses don't need more technology — they need fewer manual steps. I start by finding the process that's costing the most time or causing the most errors, automate that first, and hand it back to you fully documented and running in your own systems.
Eliminate before automating
If a process shouldn't exist, we remove it first. Automating the wrong thing is expensive and confusing.
Workflows before agents
Deterministic workflows are more reliable, cheaper to run, and easier to maintain than AI agents for most tasks.
You own everything
Every workflow is built in your own systems — n8n, Supabase, or whatever you already use. No lock-in, no ongoing dependency on me to keep things running.
ROI first
We start with the numbers. Time lost, error rates, missed leads. The automation that fixes those first is the one we build first.
